Find answers to the most frequently asked questions related to our hotel services.

When can I check into my room?

Rooms will be ready by 3:00 pm at the latest on the day of arrival. Our hotel reception is staffed until 10:00 pm and we ask you to arrive before then.

How long can I stay in my room on the day of my departure?

We kindly ask guests to check out of their room by 11:00 am on the day of departure. If you would like to use your room later on the day of your departure, please inform our reception staff to see if it is possible. Please note that a late check-out fee will be charged.

Which terms and conditions apply to my booking?

We offer guests two rate variations with applicable conditions

Classic Rate:

This option requires a 20% deposit to secure your booking.

This means:

free cancellation up to three months before arrival
we will charge 40% of the full amount for cancellations made from one to three months before arrival
we will charge 70% of the full amount for cancellations made from one week to one month before arrival
90% of the full amount will be charged for cancellations made within a week of arrival
100% of the full amount will be charged for early departures or no-shows

Special Rate:

This option features a 7% discount on rates but with the condition that your booking can not be changed or canceled. The total amount must be paid immediately at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are warmly welcome at the Hotel for a price of $26 per dog (cleaning fee - food not included).

How can I pay at the Hotel?

We accept cash, EC card, Visa, and MasterCard.

Must I use a valid credit card to make a reservation?

Yes. The hotel will check the card's validity 24 hours prior to your date of arrival by taking an approval for the first night (room charge + taxes). If your card is unable to be validated, your reservation will be canceled with no guarantee of a room upon arrival.

Can I have packages/online purchases delivered to the hotel?

We will accept packages for guests during their stay, but not before or after their stay. Any packages arriving before or after your stay will be not be accepted and marked "return to sender."

Previously, guests have used Amazon Lockers (delivery of Amazon purchases to secure Amazon lockers throughout New York City) and www.Shoprunner.com (provides free 2-day shipping from numerous popular retailers). If you choose to use either service, please make sure you have read and understand each company's terms of service, as Apple Core is not responsible for any problems arising from the use of either service.

Do your hotels offer courtesy airport transportation?

No. However, there are numerous shuttle services operating between Manhattan and all major surrounding airports. While you are encouraged to research and find the company right for you, below are a few services suggested by previous customers:

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your reservation before 3 pm EST 24 hours prior to your arrival date. If you do not cancel by this time, you will be charged for one night’s stay (room charge + taxes).
